Digital Product Refund Policy
AIRE Agency sells digital downloadable products including guides, checklists, templates, frameworks and educational resources. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been purchased and/or delivered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for digital downloads, unless required by applicable consumer law or where the product is faulty, inaccessible due to our error, or not as described.
At the Point of Purchase
By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital download and that all sales are final once the product has been delivered.
Exceptions
- The product is faulty or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working version
- The product is materially not as described
- Access has not been delivered due to an error on our side that we cannot resolve
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
